Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship
These may be simple or complex depending on the extent of your estate and the nature of your relationships.
During the first interview full instructions will be taken and all relevant matters discussed in order to prepare the will, usually to be signed at a subsequent appointment. In the event of urgency, the documents can be prepared immediately.
All adults, whether in the workforce or not, should have a valid and current will.
Consideration should also be given to the preparation of a Power of Attorney (to appoint another person such as a spouse to deal with legal matters on your behalf) and a Power of Enduring Guardianship (to appoint another person to make decisions about health and care issues in the event of incapacity).
