Contested Estates

This involves disputes when applicants are left out of a Will or not given what they consider to be a fair share of the proceeds of an estate or, when an allegation is made that a Will is defective or there has been fraud.

At the time of the initial interview Mark will give you an indication of your prospects of success, and will advise about the procedure, costs and estimated time frame for completion of the matter.

Generally, these cases require the retention of a barrister during the course of the litigation.  You will be provided with an independent assessment of your matter by the barrister.
