Mark Brown & Associates is a family law specialist litigation legal practice which has operated from the same premises in central Liverpool since 1988. The firm incorporated the legal practice of A. H. Kington & Co in 1997.

We specialise in family law, and Wills and estates.  The principal solicitor, Mark Brown, is accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as a family law specialist. Nancy is a solicitor who started working with Mark in 2012. Both Mark and Nancy are members of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Mark and Nancy are supported by litigation support staff who have combined experience in excess of 40 years and two of whom are Justices of the Peace. We act for clients throughout the Sydney basin, although the bulk of our work is in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia at Parramatta and Sydney, and the Supreme Court of NSW in Sydney.

Our philosophy is to provide you with cost effective, and practical advice that assists you to resolve your legal issues at the earliest possible time and in the most efficient manner.
